Shakespeare in High Park

Jun 29- Sept 3, 2017: Once again this summer, Canadian Stage presents Shakespeare’s King Lear and  Twelfth Night under the stars in Toronto’s High Park Amphitheatre. Both plays are performed outdoors throughout the summer on alternate nights.

King Lear: Tues, Thurs, Sat – 8 pm
Twelfth Night: Wed, Fri, Sun – 8 pm

It’s a  pay-what you-can (GA) at the gate or reserve a premium seat online ($25 donation).

Pack a picnic and take a blanket — lawn chairs are not allowed in the regular seating area of the hill but there is a limited number of spots at the back of the hill where you will be able to use them.

Seating is first-come, first-served (unless you purchase premium – held til 7:45pm) – so go early!

Weather can affect these performances, so you may want to call ahead if not sure (416.368.3110) ~ NO PETS 🙁
