Canada’s largest street Festival, Taste of the Danforth, is back this year! Situated along Danforth Avenue, the Festival attracts approximately 1.6 million people from all over Ontario and neighbouring provinces. Taste of the Danforth celebrates culture, music and, of course, food!
Enjoy the diverse delacies of The Danforth including Greek, of course. With many FREE activities, live performances and a large amusements area, there’s certainly something for everyone!! The street has a vast array of patios you can rest your weary feet, or just pick up a ‘snack’ or a full meal from one of the many stalls.
Festival is held along Danforth Ave between Broadview Ave and Donlands.

Tips:
– Try the Quails – One of The Taste’s specialties!! Messini’s is worth the wait too!
– Consider going earlier in the day if you don’t like overcrowding – less chance of large queues!
– Best taking TTC (Broadview, Chester, Pape or even Donlands stations). Why? Cos parking’s a nightmare in the area, esp. later in the day.
