On the first Saturday of May (2025: May 3), you can visit one of the many participating comic book stores and get FREE comic book(s) in celebration of the day!
If you want to know where you can go on Saturday to grab the FREE comics, visit the Comic Book website and enter your postal/zip code (under “Find a Shop”).
Don’t be expecting to pick up the latest in the Batman, Spiderman or Ironman series because you may be disappointed. But there is usually a good variety to choose from, even comics for the younger fans.
These comics are produced specially for the day. Some, if not all, the comic stores may (or may not) have a limit as to how many of each you can take.
Great way for the kids to enjoy the comic experience!
