Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) invites you to the Afro-Carib Fest 2024 at Scarborough’s Thomson Memorial Park on the 24th and 25th of August 2024, from Noon to 9 pm.
The 13th Annual ACF is a free, community-building event that welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures to celebrate Africa and the Caribbean’s vibrant music, dance, and traditions.
